How do you price and sell your courses? Is this passive income or do you have to regularly teach the courses to a live audience?

Hi Mike,

I use Teachable for course delivery, really easy to use and everything you need. Pricing is subjective but I'd say do some research into what other courses are priced at and how yours compares, then figure out how much you want to charge and double it. People have a tendency to under-price their courses. A good strategy is to have a high list price but offer coupons for a big discount.

Where and how do you sell your ebooks? Do you sell them on Amazon or simply upload them as a PDF to a platform like Gumroad? How do you price them?

I just use Amazon. I've tried selling through some of the other digital platforms and never really saw much in sales. Through Amazon, you can sell as digital, paperback and audio so it's got it all covered. Pricing is generally from $3.99 to $8.99 for digital and then I price the paperbacks to have the same profit after printing.

Have you ever done collabs with other YouTubers to grow your channel? If so, how effective was that strategy?

Collabs are a great way to grow your channel. Easiest is just to have each channel do a video where they reference a video on the other channel as inspiration for an idea and then link to it. Very easy, you don't even have to exchange videos to post on each others channels.
